1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to iWorkZoom.
These Platform Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the registration, access and use of the iWorkZoom website, marketplace, user accounts, company management tools and related digital services.
iWorkZoom is operated by [Lux10 Property Management SL], a company established in Spain, with registered address at [Can Ribera 9 07012 Palma de Mallorca, Spain], tax identification number [B72540396], and registration details [registered with the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca, Volume 2991, Folio 220, Section 8, Sheet PM-96132, Entry 1] (“iWorkZoom”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By registering for an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
If you create or use an account on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf. Where you have that authority, your acceptance also binds that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create or use an iWorkZoom account.
2. About iWorkZoom
iWorkZoom is an international digital marketplace connecting individuals, professionals, businesses, event planners and organisations with providers of flexible workspaces, corporate venues and business event solutions.
The platform may offer access to:
- Flexible workspaces, including hourly, daily and monthly office rentals.
- Meeting rooms, private offices, coworking spaces and virtual offices.
- Corporate venues for meetings, conferences and events.
- Event-related services, equipment, staffing and experiences.
- Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and supplier quotations.
- Global Desk Pass memberships and associated workspace access.
- Company accounts, team management, bookings and financial reporting.
Available services and functionality may vary by location, account type, subscription and supplier availability.
iWorkZoom generally facilitates transactions between customers and independent third-party suppliers. Unless expressly identified otherwise during a transaction, the supplier is responsible for delivering the booked workspace, venue, equipment or service.
Certain products or memberships may be sold directly by iWorkZoom. The identity of the contractual service provider and the applicable transaction conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register for an iWorkZoom account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information.
- Use an email address that you are authorised to access.
- Not impersonate another individual, company or organisation.
- Comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
We may require email verification, identity verification or additional information before activating an account or granting access to particular features.
You agree to keep your account information accurate and update it when necessary.
Registration alone does not create an obligation to make a booking, purchase a membership or pay for services.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and taking reasonable precautions to protect your account.
iWorkZoom may provide security features including email verification, two-factor authentication and additional verification for sensitive actions.
You agree to:
- Use secure authentication credentials.
- Never share your password or authentication codes with unauthorised individuals.
- Notify iWorkZoom promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Ensure that people accessing the platform through your account have appropriate authorisation.
We may require additional authentication when necessary to protect accounts, transactions and personal information.
We may temporarily restrict account access where there is a reasonable indication of unauthorised activity or a security risk.
5. Personal and Company Accounts
iWorkZoom supports individual accounts and company management functionality.
A user may access company features where they are authorised to manage or participate in a company account.
A company account may allow authorised users to:
- Manage company information.
- Invite and manage team members.
- Make and review company bookings.
- Create and manage corporate events.
- Submit requests and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Access company billing information and financial reports.
- Manage eligible workspace memberships.
Each company account is associated with one company. The same company may use iWorkZoom both as a customer and, where separately approved, as a supplier.
Company administration privileges do not automatically grant access to another user’s personal account credentials or private authentication information.
6. Company Administrators and Team Members
Company Administrators are responsible for managing authorised access to their company’s workspace on iWorkZoom.
They may invite team members and assign available company roles, subject to the permissions supported by the platform.
Company Administrators must ensure that invitations are sent only to authorised individuals and that access is reviewed when an employee, contractor or representative no longer requires it.
Team members must use their access only for authorised company activities.
Actions performed by authorised team members may create obligations for the company where those users have the relevant authority.
iWorkZoom may maintain records of company activity for operational, security, accounting and compliance purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Bookings and Marketplace Transactions
Creating an account does not constitute a booking or purchase.
Bookings are subject to the applicable Booking Terms & Conditions and the specific conditions disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.
These may include:
- Booking dates, times and duration.
- Location and service descriptions.
- Prices, taxes and applicable charges.
- Payment requirements.
- Cancellation and refund conditions.
- Supplier-specific rules and restrictions.
- Applicable service requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing these conditions before completing a booking.
Where multiple suppliers are included in one checkout, different supplier-specific conditions may apply to different services.
In the event of a conflict between these general Platform Terms and specific transaction conditions, the specific conditions will govern that transaction to the extent of the conflict, subject to mandatory law.
8. Event Planning and Requests for Proposals
Where enabled, iWorkZoom allows eligible users to organise business events, submit RFPs, request quotations and evaluate supplier proposals.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted in an event request or RFP is accurate and that they have the authority to request the relevant goods or services.
Submitting an RFP does not automatically create a purchase obligation.
A binding transaction arises only when the applicable acceptance, booking or purchasing process has been completed in accordance with the conditions presented.
Supplier proposals, pricing and availability may be subject to stated validity periods and other disclosed conditions.
iWorkZoom does not guarantee that an RFP will receive proposals or that a particular supplier will be selected.
9. Global Desk Pass and Membership Services
Certain iWorkZoom services may require a paid membership or recurring subscription.
Global Desk Pass and other membership products are governed by their specific Membership Terms, which will be presented before purchase.
These terms may address:
- Subscription prices and billing intervals.
- Included workspace access and usage allowances.
- Daily or monthly limits.
- Eligible locations and workspace categories.
- Renewal and cancellation.
- Changes to membership benefits.
- Refunds and applicable statutory rights.
Creating an iWorkZoom account does not automatically enrol a user in a paid membership.
10. Suppliers and Service Providers
Users wishing to offer workspaces, venues or event services through iWorkZoom may be required to complete a separate supplier registration or approval process.
Supplier participation is governed by the applicable Supplier Terms and any additional contractual arrangements.
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, service delivery, applicable licences, insurance and legal obligations.
Where required by law, iWorkZoom may request business identification, registration, tax or payment information before permitting suppliers to offer services.
A customer account does not automatically acquire supplier privileges.
11. Payments, Taxes and Currency
Registration and ordinary access to the platform are free unless a particular paid service is expressly identified.
Prices, applicable taxes, currency and payment conditions will be displayed before a purchase or booking is confirmed.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.
Where currency conversion is available, the amount charged and applicable conversion information will be presented in accordance with the checkout process.
Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
Additional payment, invoicing, refund and currency conditions may apply to individual transactions and will be governed by the relevant transaction terms.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree to use iWorkZoom lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Submit false or misleading registration or company information.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Engage in fraud or unauthorised transactions.
- Publish unlawful, discriminatory, threatening or infringing content.
- Upload malicious software or attempt to compromise platform security.
- Access accounts, systems or information without authorisation.
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Manipulate bookings, reviews, requests or marketplace transactions.
- Use the platform to offer unlawful services or engage in activities prohibited by applicable law.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
13. User-Submitted Content
Users may submit profile information, company details, requests, reviews, messages, listings and other content through the platform.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own.
By submitting content, you grant iWorkZoom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content to the extent necessary to operate, maintain and provide the relevant platform services.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may restrict or remove unlawful content or content that breaches these Terms, subject to applicable notice, explanation and appeal requirements.
14. Marketplace Information and Availability
iWorkZoom aims to provide accurate marketplace information, but listings, prices, availability and descriptions may be supplied or updated by independent providers.
We do not guarantee that every listing will remain available at all times or that the platform will operate without interruption.
We may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.
Once a booking has been confirmed, any changes or cancellations will be governed by the applicable transaction conditions and mandatory legal rights.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that iWorkZoom has under applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
The iWorkZoom name, branding, website design, software, original content and other intellectual property belonging to iWorkZoom or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Registration grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for its intended purposes while your account remains active.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or modify protected platform materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, descriptions and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Privacy and Personal Data
iWorkZoom processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Personal data may be processed for purposes including:
- Creating and administering accounts.
- Verifying identities and securing access.
- Managing bookings and transactions.
- Providing company management features.
- Delivering customer support.
- Complying with legal and accounting obligations.
- Preventing fraud and misuse.
The Privacy Policy explains the relevant legal bases, data recipients, retention periods, international transfers where applicable, and users’ data protection rights.
Marketing communications requiring consent will be subject to a separate, optional choice.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
You may request closure of your account, subject to any outstanding transactions, legal obligations and applicable retention requirements.
iWorkZoom may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there are reasonable grounds, including:
- Serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Material security risks.
- Misuse of company permissions.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
Where required by law, we will provide an explanation of restrictions and information about available review or appeal mechanisms.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, users will receive notice and an opportunity to resolve issues before permanent termination.
Account closure does not automatically cancel confirmed bookings, outstanding payments, subscriptions or other existing contractual obligations.
18. Service Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update or improve iWorkZoom and introduce or discontinue platform features.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the platform, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Where changes materially affect users’ contractual rights or paid services, we will provide appropriate notice and respect applicable legal requirements.
19. Liability
iWorkZoom is responsible for its own obligations under these Terms and applicable law.
Independent suppliers are responsible for their own contractual obligations and the services they provide, except where iWorkZoom has expressly undertaken responsibility or applicable law provides otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, iWorkZoom is not responsible for losses arising solely from inaccurate information provided by users, unauthorised use resulting from a user’s failure to protect their credentials, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable consumer rights, liability for fraud or other mandatory legal obligations.
20. Complaints and Support
Users may contact iWorkZoom regarding account access, platform functionality, complaints or concerns about services.
Contact email: [Customer Support Email]
Where a complaint concerns a third-party supplier, iWorkZoom may assist with communication or dispute handling as appropriate to its role and the applicable transaction conditions.
Users may also exercise any statutory rights or use dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in legislation, security requirements, platform functionality or business operations.
The current version will be published on the iWorkZoom website with its effective date.
Where changes materially affect existing users, we will provide reasonable advance notice as required by law.
Where fresh acceptance is legally required, we will request it before the revised terms take effect for the affected user.
Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter confirmed transactions contrary to applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to users in their country of habitual residence.
For consumers, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights or the jurisdiction of courts that are competent under applicable law.
For business users acting in a professional or commercial capacity, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of [City, Spain], to the extent that such an agreement is legally valid.
